Kundalini Yoga is not a science for left and right, Kundalini is a science for up and up. It's a science who wants to keep up, in spite of all arts at any cost. It's not for those who wants to be saint but it's for those who can create saints. It's not those who makes life possible, it's for those who make impossible possible. It's not life for ego and bullshit and nonsense and cheapness and loneliness and disgrace which people practice under white clothes, it's for those who are strong and can roar like lions through all the odds and break through all the obstacles and reach their destiny everyday. It's for people who know the word plus and they never miss it for anything. It's not for rational, argument, logic and reasons, it's not for seduction and statements, it is the great within oneself, it is the commitment within oneself, it's the commission within oneself which achieve the mission of the self, it's very personal science, for personal reasons, for personal growth. It's for correcting all the sensory system. All senses together to achieve one sense to make sense to all, 'Universe' is me. It's a very powerful statement, with all the sentiments of reality. It's something which impurity can spoil, bait cannot achieve, torture cannot mar it, tragedy cannot kill it, it's something very lively, very divine. It is a human like candle which lits its head like a light and walks through darkness, fearless and free...without any vengeance.
In Kundalini Yoga we harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul. This technology precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purifiy the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul.
“What is Kundalini? It is the whole energy of the cosmos in the individual and beyond the individual. It is the energy of consciousness. Without the constant flow of that energy, you could not live. With a large flow, your mind begins to flow and awaken. You stop living in imaginary realities and become very dutiful to the tasks and joys of life. You experience it when the energy of the glandular system combines with the nervous system to create such sensitivity that the brain in its totality receives signals and integrates them. A new clarity accompanies your perception, thought, and intuition. Normally you use a small portion of the brain’s potential. When Kundalini awakens, one understands the effect and impact of an action at the beginning of a sequence of action and reaction. He has the choice to take an action or not. In other words, a person becomes totally and wholly aware. That is why it is called ‘the yoga of the awareness."
