Keep in mind that your experience in meditation is unique to you. There may be days when you have an aha moment immediately following or during a meditation, which is awesome, but that won’t always be the case. The thing to remember is that we can’t control how or when we receive information, but we can stay committed to the practice of quieting our minds and trust that what we need is on its way.

When we have the ability to bring ourselves to a more calm and centered place, regardless of what’s happening around us, we are better equipped to find solutions, tap into our creativity, attract opportunities, feel better, make decisions from a place of power, have better relationships, be more present, have more time, even improve our health! Couldn’t we all use a little more of that?
