It has the capacity to give you infinite powers. As with any mantra, Ant Na Siftee has a specific sound current, or a unique code, that activates when the tongue hits the meridians on the roof of the mouth (there are 84 of them) - this activates specific neurological sequences of the mind, giving you the ability to re-code your reality.
It doesn't matter if you meditate for 1 minute a day or 60 minutes, when you sit down for your daily practice, you have to go in with the intention that right now, with this breath, with this mantra, with this meditation, "I'm going to change now, I'm going to let this go, I'm going to heal this, I'm going to see this differently."
It takes a lot of faith to allow things to unfold naturally and it's not always easy. I mean, we want what we want when we want it, and our brains have habitual thought patterns of their own (this is why we meditate, so we can reprogram the patterns), but it is essential to our well being that we train ourselves to live with a deep knowing that everything will work out for our highest good, even when it doesn’t look the way we thought it would.
The end goal is to feel better. Think about how much time and energy we waste all caught up in negative feelings. If we could feel what we need, but move out of it sooner, then we have more time to enjoy life and the people we love, and we have more energy to show up, create and serve the world around us.
When we came into the world and began our experience as humans, before the traumatic events, broken hearts, projections of society, failed business ventures, imprinted limiting beliefs, etc. there was only LOVE
So how do we create lasting change, heal addictions, and consciously adopt new patterns and habits without all the pressure or "white-knuckling?" We need to go directly into our central brain, where our habits neurologically originate from and create a new rhythm.
