Managing our lives, taking care of ourselves and the people around us, eating well, creating, focusing, executing, running a business, doing our work, making good decisions, etc. all become more difficult to manage when we're feeling mentally and physically tired.
It doesn't matter if you meditate for 1 minute a day or 60 minutes, when you sit down for your daily practice, you have to go in with the intention that right now, with this breath, with this mantra, with this meditation, "I'm going to change now, I'm going to let this go, I'm going to heal this, I'm going to see this differently."
Life is tricky. We will never stop facing challenges in our lives, relationships, businesses, health, etc. Having a daily practice of some sort in order to build inner strength and trust is the only way we can successfully move through the tough times.
